Drawing Classes in Halifax for Kids & Teens

At Fine Art Classes, we help kids and teens across the Halifax Regional Municipality develop strong, foundational drawing skills in a calm and supportive studio environment. Whether your child is just starting or looking to sharpen their skills, our Yearly Fine Arts Program (ages 8–15) provides a structured path for artistic growth.

Our Yearly Fine Arts Program (Ages 8–15)

Running from September to June, our program focuses on realistic drawing techniques, helping students build confidence and control in their sketching. With small class sizes (maximum 5 students), each child receives personalized instruction tailored to their age and ability level.

All new students begin with a 5‑week trial to explore our teaching style before committing to the full program.
