Whether you're picking up a pencil for the first time or returning to your practice, our Spring and Fall adult classes are designed to help you grow your skills in a calm, creative, and encouraging environment.

These small-group sessions focus on realism and technique, with lots of individual guidance and support.

Class Details

  • Location: Fine Art Classes Studio, Bedford, NS

  • Instructor: Peggy‑Lynn Holland, NSCAD graduate with 30+ years of experience

  • Level: Suitable for beginners and returning adult artists

  • Mediums: Pencil, charcoal, pastels, watercolour, and acrylic

  • Focus: Realistic drawing, colour mixing, brush control, shading, and composition

  • Environment: Quiet, focused, and low-stress

Fall 2024 Session

  • Dates: 10 weeks, September 9 – November 18 (no class Oct 14)

  • Times: Mondays, 6:30–8:30 PM

  • Cost: $300 per person

Spring 2025 Session

  • Dates: 10 weeks, April – June (Exact dates TBA)

  • Times: Mondays, 6:30–8:30 PM

  • Cost: $300 per person

* All materials are provided for the first class. A supply list will be emailed to students who wish to bring their own materials or continue independently between sessions.
